Does stress, depression & anxiety can cause a human dizziness all day & night? - can a mri cause vertigo

I've been sick for about 3 months. I check everything, magnetic resonance imaging, X-ray examination of the heart, stomach, endoscopy, blood and urine, ENT no symptoms of dizziness and everything is ok with each result. Finally, my doctor told me it was stress! I can not believe it. Does anyone feel dizzy when they have stress?
